Welcome to The Pod Company, home of the original portable Nordic ice bath.

Our founder, Simon, grew up practising cold water immersion in local lakes every winter, a common practice in the Nordics and Scandinavia for thousands of years. Strong believer in the power of ice baths, but now living away from home, he longed for a way to return to a routine of regular cold plunging without living next to a frozen lake. 

The only ice baths on the market were low-quality, high-priced, basic plastic barrels and extremely high-priced bathtubs designed to be built into a bathroom suite. There were no affordable, high quality options on the market.

So Simon decided to do some research, sketched a few ideas and put his product development skills to good use. After many prototypes and iterations, The IcePod was created - an extremely effective, high quality, affordable ice bath with chiller options, that has everything the $5000+ ice baths do, but at a fraction of the cost.
